Patchouli oil promotes relaxation, reduces inflammation, and improves skin elasticity when used in massage. While it doesn’t contain significant vitamins or minerals, it is rich in antioxidants.

Rose Geranium Essential Oil:

How to Use?

Massage:
Prepare the Oil: Warm the oil slightly by rubbing it between your palms or placing the bottle in warm water. This enhances comfort and absorption.
Apply to Skin: Pour a small amount into your palm and gently spread it on the area to be massaged.
Use Gentle Strokes: Begin with long, gentle strokes to spread the oil and relax the muscles. Adjust pressure based on comfort and purpose.
Target Specific Areas: Use circular or kneading motions for tension points, such as shoulders or legs.
Reapply as Needed: Add more oil during the massage if the skin starts feeling dry.
Finish with Rest: After the massage, let the oil absorb into the skin for hydration and relaxation.

Bath: Add 20ml (2 capfuls) to running water, then bathe and relax. Be cautious, as the bath surface may become slippery.

Shower: Apply to wet skin after showering for a rich moisturiser with an uplifting, long lasting natural fragrance of essential oils.
